Summit IT Solutions is pleased to announce that it has hired James Readnower as its new IT Service Desk Manager. As the IT Service Desk Manager, James will oversee all daily operations of the Service Desk. James will work to ensure that all of Summit IT Solutions’ clients’ IT related issues are addressed in an urgent manner and that the overall quality of service provided will exceed clients’ expectations.
James brings over sixteen years of IT experience to Summit IT Solutions and has a long list of impressive certifications including; Microsoft MCSA, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CompTia A+, CompTia Net+, Novell Education Certificates, and Dell Education Certificates for Blade Server Solutions, PowerEdge Servers and Server Basics.
James lives with his wife and daughter in Wadsworth, Ohio.
