AKRON, OH—Summit IT Solutions, Inc. has announced the appointments of Tad Smith to Service Desk Technician, Mathew Wright to Service Desk Manager and Clayton Jones to Customer Account Manager.

Tad Smith joins Summit IT Solutions with 15 years’ experience in tech support and customer service. He has an associate degree in networking and telecommunications.
Mathew Wright will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service desk as well as a focus on continuous improvement. He previously served as service desk lead.
Clayton Jones will play a central role in the sales, onboarding and service delivery function to ensure that new and existing customers engaging with Summit IT Solutions have a smooth and efficient experience. He previously served as business development representative.
