Summit IT Solutions is pleased to announce that it has hired Mathew Wright as a Service Desk Technician. As a Service Desk Technician, Mathew will monitor Summit IT Solutions’ clients’ Service Desk tickets and requests and will provide friendly technical support to ensure that the issues and requests are resolved. Mathew will work with the other Service Desk team members to ensure that all of Summit IT Solutions’ clients’ IT related issues are addressed in an urgent manner and that the overall quality of service provided will exceed clients’ expectations.
Mathew has several years of experience in the IT industry and has CompTIA Network+ and PDI+ certifications.
Mathew recently moved to Cuyahoga Falls from Yuma Arizona and is currently working on attaining an MCSE certification.
