Summit IT Solutions is pleased to announce that it has hired Kevin Braman as a Service Desk Technician. As a Service Desk Technician, Kevin will monitor Summit IT Solutions’ clients’ Service Desk tickets and requests and will provide friendly technical support to ensure that the issues and requests are resolved. Kevin will work with the other Service Desk team members to ensure that all of Summit IT Solutions’ clients’ IT related issues are addressed in an urgent manner and that the overall quality of service provided will exceed clients’ expectations.
Kevin has a Bachelor’s Degree of Applied Science in Information Technology – Information Systems Security and an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Information Technology – Computer Network Systems, both from the ITT-Technical Institute. Kevin also has multiple certifications that include a CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Server+. Kevin most recently worked as the lead technician for the Cloverleaf Local School District.
Kevin served in the US Air Force for four years including time in Iraq and received several awards. Kevin lives with his wife and daughter in Wadsworth, Ohio and enjoys playing disk golf and cards/board games as well as video games.
