
Summit IT Solutions is pleased to announce that Mathew Wright has been promoted to Service Desk Lead. The Service Desk Lead shares responsibility for the daily operations and continuous improvement of the Service Desk. Mathew will ensure that all clients’ IT related problems are addressed in an urgent manner and that the quantity of trouble tickets remains at an acceptable level.
Mathew joined Summit IT Solutions in August of 2015 as a Service Desk Technician and has several years of experience in the IT industry with CompTIA Network+ and PDI+ certifications, as well as many other software and hardware certifications.
